IRPC POLYOL (Finance Controller)

Job Summary:

• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and shareholders (Thailand, Poland and Germany) reporting requirements
• Prepare the monthly and annual financial reporting and data analyzing
• Participating in budgeting processes and consolidation
• Managing financial transactions
• Cash flow management
• Establish and enforce proper internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulation, researching and proposing solution on accounting technical issues
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
• 3-5 Years of experience in a role of similar capacity
• Experience in preparing investment plan and analyses
• Needs advance in SAP and Microsoft Excel skill
• Needs good spoken and written English skill
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and local tax law
