Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Specialist to conduct advanced material component and property research using cutting-edge analytical tools and modern analysis technologies. The ideal candidate will support IRPC's product innovation development, develop innovative analysis techniques, and manage analytical instrument sub-groups to deliver precise and timely analysis for research and technical service needs.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and develop new analytical methods using advanced analytical instruments, aligned with the company's innovation development
  • Research and develop analytical innovations to enhance IRPC product capabilities
  • Develop Deformulation and product analysis techniques within the assigned sub-group
  • Provide analytical consulting for production unit problem-solving and customer product usage issues
  • Interpret and correlate analysis results to generate hypotheses explaining material behaviors
  • Contribute to developing a knowledge platform connecting analysis with product application properties
  • Manage maintenance, calibration, and procurement of spare parts and chemicals for analytical instruments in the responsible sub-group
  • Oversee and manage sub-group analytical and testing operations for:
    • Innovation research
    • Production process problem-solving
    • Product usage problem resolution
    • In-depth product property analysis
    • Product benchmarking
  • Identify and establish analytical laboratory networks, conducting inter-laboratory verifications
  • Coordinate and assess the potential of external laboratories (domestic and international)
  • Prepare performance data to support the procurement of complex analytical instruments and equipment
  • Manage sub-group expenses within the defined budget framework

Qualification:

  • Master's degree or higher in :

  • TOEIC Score : Minimum 550 Points
